Required Documents for Births

When registering a birth in Peterborough, bring the following:

• Hospital/midwife paperwork showing baby’s NHS number or red book
• Valid photo identification for all attending parties
• Baby’s complete details (name, date of birth, place of birth, sex)
• Mother’s full information (name, maiden name, place of birth, address, occupation)
