Booking Your Appointment
Derby Registry Office operates exclusively on an appointment-only basis. You can book appointments by calling 01332 641680 or emailing customerservices@derby.gov.uk. Online booking is available for birth and death registrations through their dedicated booking system. Wedding ceremony bookings require telephone contact to discuss requirements and availability.
